How long do returns take to process?

Once we have your return in hand, please allow 3-5 working days for your return to be processed. 

How do I track my order?

As soon as your order has been placed, you will receive a confirmation e-mail verifying that we have received your order. Once the order is shipped, you will automatically receive an e-mail with your tracking number, enabling you to track your order.

Will I need to pay VAT/customs fees?

Orders being sent to addresses outside of the UK will be subject to a local Value Added Tax (VAT) and may be charged additional Customs and handling fees. These fees vary depending on the destination country.
