Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based upon the weight, value, and destination country.

Shipping Times

United Kingdom: 2-5 working days once dispatched.

Europe: 3-10 working days once dispatched.

USA and Canada: 5-12 working days once dispatched.

Asia and Rest of the world: 5-15 working days once dispatched

For shipments outside of the UK, please note that the above shipping rates are not inclusive of any customs or import duties that could be levied when the package reaches your destination country.

Item can be returned within 14 days of delivery provided they are unused and in original packaging. Unfortunately, we are unable to make exchanges.

Returns process

To return an item/s please package the items you wish to return and add a note with your order number and email address. Once packaged please send the items to:

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and all returns must be sent to the address above.

If returning from outside of the UK please ensure to mark any customs documents as "RETURNED GOODS" as any returns which we receive with unpaid duties/customs/fees will be rejected.

We recommend sending via a tracked/insured service so that if anything goes wrong in transit, you are covered by the shipping company.

Please note that we are a UK based company and all goods are shipped from the UK.

Prices do NOT include any international duties, taxes or customs charges that may be imposed on you by your resident country upon delivery of the goods. If you are based outside the UK and have any questions about this and would like to enquire before placing your order, please contact us at support@mathscircle.com with your query.

You will find a link titled "Click here to download your VAT receipt" in your order confirmation email. Click this and a VAT receipt will automatically download. 

If your order has not yet been fulfilled you may be able to cancel or amend it. To do this, please email support@mathscircle.com as soon as possible.
